Phase 1

Special Forces Entry Test Preparation Training Program

This 8 week program will concentrate on preparing you adequately for the Special Forces Entry Test by building your strength, improving your VO2 max capacity and conducting specific and focused training in the following disciplines:

• 3.2km webbing run

• Cadence heaves or pull ups

• Cadence push ups

• Sit ups

• 400m swim

• Pack marching

While the main focus of this program is the Special Forces Entry Test, a secondary focus will be the actually Selection course and this program will lead into the next 8 week block of training.


Phase 2

Special Forces Selection Course Preparation Training Program

This 8 week program will concentrate on preparing you adequately for the Special Forces Selection course by building your strength, improving your VO2 max capacity, increasing your endurance and conducting specific and focused training.

This program combines barbell, bodyweight, sprint training, endurance training, swimming and work capacity training in and outside of the gym.
