Thank you for registering for my 14 Tips To Pass Special Forces Selection. Your access details have been sent to the email address you provided.

But, before you go and download the tips, I wanted to tell you about this...

My name is Rhys Dowden and here at Operator Edge my mission is to pass on as much training, mindset and performance information as I can to those who want to improve their physical and mental toughness. I have developed all of this information over my years of service within the Special Forces and the wider Military and feel privileged to be able to share this with those who want to benefit from it.

I feel especially passionate about helping guys who want to become Special Forces Soldiers in any way I can.

The 14 Tips To Pass Special Forces Selection you now have access to, will certainly give you a great starting point from which to build your platform to attempt the Special Forces Selection Course.

However, if you really want to ensure you're on the right path, the next step is grab my Starter Pack where I'll show you EXACTLY how to begin developing your elite mindset and physical strength.

This is how I made it through Selection, so read on.

Get Selection ready by training for any contingency that may arise. Mental toughness, resilience, persistence, situational awareness, trainability, endurance, strength and work capacity are all elements required to pass the Selection course. Get properly prepared by developing your physical and mental capabilities and be ready for anything Selection throws at you.

Now the fact is making it into Special Forces is tough with only a small percentage each year making the cut.

If you're serious about attempting Selection, then you need to get my Starter Pack.

It doesn’t matter how much you think you want something, if you don’t have a clear and defined goal, know your target intimately, form a step by step plan and bulletproof your mission for when it goes wrong, and it will go wrong, then you’re going to find it extremely hard to get through the Selection process

…or too scared to even go after it.

I served in the Army and Special Forces for 10 years full time and 2 years part time.

My Special Forces Selection process began with 170 Soldiers attempt it and ended with 15 Soldiers succeeding.

From that initial 170 applicants who attempted the Special Forces Entry Test, 90 made it onto the Commando Selection and Training Course (CSTC).

Over the course of 5 weeks, that number was reduced to 26 candidates who finally finished the Selection course.

23 candidates were chosen to continue onto the reinforcement cycle for further training.

15 of us finally made it into the unit.

That’s an attrition rate of over 90%!

This pack will have you employing the EXACT mindset and physical training methods I used to get through the Selection course.

If you don't want to be one of the many who fail Selection, then grab this pack to ensure you're preparing as well as you possibly can.

The Operator Edge Starter Pack

Here's what's in this pack...

  • Develop your “Warrior Mindset” and forge a tenacious attitude and fierce willpower.
  • Learn my 5 Key principles to Operator Edge and ensure you develop all the essential mental toughness components and guarantee a complete mental strength transformation.
  • Apply my 8 Key Elements to Success to build an armour of confidence and actually feel as though you’ve already won
  • Intimately know your goal and create a thorough and bullet-proof plan that ensures success even after encountering any roadblock or hurdle
  • Use your proven successes and translate that winning attitude into any future endeavour
  • Move past the “intent” phase with purpose and aggression and into the commitment phase. My old Special Forces Commander’s words of “Get it done” comes to mind here.
  • Employ the age old Military tactic of “improvise, adapt and overcome” to remain flexible in your plan and massage your new plan to accommodate any unplanned event.
  • Don’’t just ‘talk the talk’, actually ‘walk the walk’ and take action on your goals and start moving towards exactly what you want. Don’t let opportunity pass you by with procrastination and self-doubt.
  • Discover what’s not working in your plan and needs to be fixed, what’s working ok, but could be better and improve it and what’s working well and can be sustained. We call this the “After Action Review” in the Military. Apply it weekly to your plan to ensure you’re ‘testing and adjusting’ each and every week to better your plan and yourself.
  • 6 Week Strength & Conditioning Training Program

Try is Risk Free: If you're not happy with this pack, I'll simply refund your money. No questions asked.
